Liabilities
Class Eight Research sells products intended for use by professionals and private citizens who have adequate training in the storage, care and use of the products. By purchasing products from Class Eight Research the Customer warrants and represents that it holds the proper licensing or registration in compliance with the Food and Drug Administration, State regulations or local Emergency Services Authority for any product purchased.

The Customer further warrants to Class Eight Research that all individuals using products purchased from Class Eight Research are adequately trained in their storage, care and use. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the use of such products to be in accordance with any instructions contained in or on the packaging of such products, heed all warning labels on such products, and to be in accord with current standards of care applicable thereto.

Class Eight Research shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, misuse of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of products purchased. The Customer shall indemnify and hold Class Eight Research harmless from any losses (including any charges for legal representation) for any use, misuse or inability to use the products purchased from Class Eight Research.
Warranties
Class Eight Research offers high-quality products from leading manufacturers in the tactical emergency medical care field. Many of these products are warranted by their respective manufacturers. However, due to the nature of the products sold by Class Eight Research and exacting quality control standards, certain specifications apply. Third party vendor items are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Class Eight Research will honor the warranties of third party vendor items. Items received by the customer that are found to be defective may be returned to Class Eight Research within the following parameters. Defective items must be returned to Class Eight Research within 30 days of the date of invoice. Items must have been purchased through Class Eight Research. Customer must provide proof of purchase or order information. Class Eight Research will replace the defective item with a new like item, or refund the purchase price. Class Eight Research does not charge shipping and handling of returns or replacements of defective items.
Class Eight Research is proud of its exclusively American Made nylon product line. Class Eight Research warrants these products to the original owner to be free from defects, both material, and workmanship. Items found to be defective must be returned with proof of purchase within 30 days of invoice date for a refund of the purchase price or exchange for a new like item. Thereon after, Class Eight Research will replace or repair the items at no cost the customer. Class Eight Research will honor the warranties of third party vendor items sold as a part of a Class Eight Research kit assembly. Class Eight Research does not charge the customer shipping and handling fees for warranty claims.
Returns
Class Eight Research will accept returns of eligible third party vendor items sold by Class Eight Research. Third party vendor items must be returned within 30 days of the date of invoice in new unused condition and continued in its original unopened packaging. Returned third party vendor items must have been purchased through Class Eight Research. Kits must be returned with all safety seals intact. Items eligible for return may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value or a refund of the purchase price. All applicable shipping and handling fees will apply.
Class Eight Research cannot accept returns of third party vendor items that were sterile, opened, expired, purchase date exceeding 30 days from invoice, discontinued, special order, customized or the integrity compromised.
If for any reason the customer is unsatisfied with a Class Eight Research brand item, the item may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, or exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value within 30 days of the date of invoice. Applicable shipping and handling charges will apply.
Returns must include an invoice or information regarding the return. Returned items must have been purchased directly from Class Eight Research. The item must be in new unused condition and in its original unopened packaging. Class Eight Research kits must be returned in new unused condition with all safety seals intact.
There are no refunds or returns on custom items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. There are no refunds or returns on clearance items. All sales on items marked as clearance are final.
