The Wilde Custom Gear Quick Open Sled IFAK easily opens with one hand to give access to a removable rigid inner “sled” that can fit a wide variety of medical equipment. Quick Open Sled IFAK
The Wilde Custom Gear Quick Open Sled IFAK pouch is approximately 8” tall, 4” wide, and 3” deep.
Made from durable 1000d Cordura, The Wilde Custom Gear Quick Open Sled IFAK features laser cut MOLLE on the back for attachment to MOLLE gear with two Tactical Tailor Malice Clips (included). The Tactical Tailor Malice Clips can also be fashioned into belt loops.
Laser cut MOLLE slits are located on the outer side wings of the pouch for mounting of additional tourniquets, shears, or small accessory pouches.
Laser cut MOLLE slits are also located along the front flap of the pouch.
It features two YKK zippers and a high visibility red top handle. With a simple pull on the handle, the pouch quickly opens up to provide immediate access to the removable “sled”.
